Chicken Pot Pie Crumble

Ingredients
Cooked Chicken
Frozen bag mixed veggies 
Campbells soup mix (starters-chicken pot pie)

For crumble:
1.5 c flour
1.5 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper
1/4 c butter --can use some parmesan cheese if desired

Directions
Combine chicken, prepared vegetables and soup mix. Stir well together.
Pour mixture into a greased 9x13 pan.
To make crumble, mix all crumble ingredients together ((better to use hands))... once it feels kind of doughy and still crumbly, place on a greased baking sheet in chunks and bake at 400 for about 10min or golden.
Once that is done.. place cooked crumbs onto 9x13 pan and cook for about 10 min.



Naan Pizza

Ingredients
2 Naan bread pieces (Found mine at Sprouts for $1.99)
Cut up red onion
Light BBQ sauce
Fat Free Mozzarella Cheese
Cooked chicken

Directions
Spread BBQ sauce onto bread, and top with chicken and red onion chunks then pour on cheese ((and I added a little bit of bacon bits hehe)).
Cook for 10min at 350. Simple and delicious!



Spinach Pasta

Ingredients
1.5 cooked ground beef/turkey
Frozen spinach, thawed and drained
Can of tomato sauce
Can of diced tomatoes
Spices to taste (salt, pepper, oregano, paprika, basil)
Cooked bow tie pasta
Cheese

Directions
Place cooked beef with sauce, tomatoes, and spices in crock pot on high for 4 hours. 
30min before done, place in cooked bow tie pasta and spinach with some cheese



Crockpot Healthy Chili

Ingredients
1lb uncooked chicken
1 can corn (drained)
1 can black beans (drained)
1 can red kidney beans (drained)
1 can diced tomato 
1 can tomato sauce (8oz)
1 chopped green pepper
1 chopped onion
Cumin, chili powder, paprika, garlic powder, and pepper flavor to desire
Cooked BROWN rice (NOT instant... good organic healthy rice)

Directions
Place all ingredients into crock pot (NOT rice) mix well. Place uncooked chicken on top. Cook for 4 hours on high or 6 on low.
Serve over yummy hot brown rice or with some blue organic chips!



Black Bean Chipotle Burger

Ingredients
canned black beans
red onion
canned chipotle peppers (adobo sauce-hispanic section)
garlic cloves
cumin
canned corn
salsa
panko bread crumbs
egg white

Directions
Place half black beans in food processor (I used blender) add 1/4 small red onion chopped and 1 chipotle pepper in adobo sauce & 2 tsp adobo sauce
Add 2 garlic cloves & 1/2 tsp cumin, process until smooth (CAN MASH WITH MASHER)
Once smooth, add rest of reg black beans with 3/4 corn kernels and 1/4 salsa
3/4 c panko bread crumbs & 1 egg white
Shape black bean mix (wet) into 4 patties 
Spray electric skillet and put patties on, cook for 5-6 min until golden brown on outside (about 5-6 min)

In other, smash 1 avocado, garlic powder and salt and pepper with potato masher
serve in sandwich thins! ABSOLUTELY DELICIOUS!!



Stuffed Peppers

Ingredients
Green Peppers (cut open & inside's taken out)
Brown rice
Any veggies
Salsa
Cheese
Tomato Sauce

Directions
Combine all ingredients and fill in peppers
Put in covered pan and cook at 350 for 20min



Mediterranean Dish

Ingredients
Brown Rice
Spinach
Chopped red onion
Chopped tomato
Black eyed peas 
((can add avocado))
Lemon 
Olive oil
Extra seasoning

Directions
Combine everything together
Top it with mixed olive oil with lemon and seasonings



Beef & Broccoli (Crock Pot)

Ingredients
1pound boneless beef chuck roast, sliced into thin strips
1cup beef consumme (LOW SODIUM)
1/2cup (reduced sodium-great value is same as kikoman) soy sauce
1/3cup brown sugar
1tablespoon sesame oil
3garlic cloves, minced
2tablespoons cornstarch
Fresh broccoli florets
Hot cooked BROWN rice

Directions
1. Place beef in a crock pot.
2. In a small bowl, combine consomme, soy sauce, brown sugar, oil, and garlic. Pour over beef. Cook on low for 6-8 hours.
3. Remove sauce from crockpot and stir in 2 tbsp cornstarch (until smooth) then bring to a boil on stove top. Boil until your desired consistency is reached-it will thicken). Then put sauce back over meat.
4. Cook broccoli
5. Serve over hot cooked rice.



Pesto Chicken and Green Beans (Or Asparagus)

Ingredients
2 Chicken breasts
Green beans or asparagus
Small jar of Pesto

Directions
Put chicken and pesto sauce in a freezer bag, if using green beans you can throw them in the freezer bag before freezing as well.  Freeze everything.  Thaw in your refrigerator the night before cooking and throw the contents in the crock pot, 6 hours on low or 4 hours on high. Asparagus will cook better if you wait until the last hour of cooking to add them to the crock pot.  Serve over minute rice or pasta.



Taco Bake

Ingredients
1lb ground turkey (or beef)
1 pkt taco seasoning (low sodium)
3 large whole wheat tortillas
1/2 c salsa
1-2 c shredded cheese

Directions
Brown turkey or beef, drain, add seasoning
Add 1/2 c salsa
Spray an 8in pie pan
Layer bottom with tortilla, layer meat & salsa, sprinkle cheese, repeat
Bake at 350 for 15-20 min



Soup & Rice Mix

Ingredients
1c cooked white or brown rice
1 can progresso soup (beef & vegetables)

Directions
Heat up progresso soup and mix with rice
CHEAP/DELICIOUS/HEALTHY



Chicken Pot Pie

Ingredients
2 dough pie crust
1 can Campbell's chicken pot pie filling
1 bag frozen veggies (I used corn, green beans, carrots)
2+ c cooked chicken

Directions
Layer bottom pie crust in pie pan
Follow Campbell's filling directions in mixing veggies, chicken, and filling together
Pour into pie pan over the pie crust 
Cover pie pan with next pie crust and pinch around to keep sealed then cut 4 slits on top
Bake @ 350 for 45+ min 



Cheesy Chicken & Rice

Ingredients
2 cut up chicken breasts
3 cups Cooked Brown Rice
1 can corn
1 Can Black Beans, Drained And Rinsed
1 cup Plain Greek Yogurt (or Sour Cream)
½ cups Salsa
1 cup preferred shredded cheese
2 Tablespoons cilantro or garnish

Directions
Preheat oven to 350F.
Combine all ingredients except for cilantro and mix thoroughly to combine
Transfer to an oven-safe dish and top with extra cheese if you would like
Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until heated through
Garnish with chopped cilantro
(ADD ON... for extra flavor, add in 1 c+ of tomato sauce and extra cheese)



Black Bean & Chicken Casserole

Ingredients
1.5-2 cup cooked brown rice
1 tablespoon olive oil
1/3 cup diced onion
2 medium zucchini, thinly sliced
2 cooked skinless boneless chicken breast halves, chopped
1/2 c chopped celery
1/2 teaspoon cumin
salt to taste
ground cayenne pepper to taste
1 (15 ounce) can black beans, rinsed and drained
1-2 cups shredded cheese desired

Directions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Lightly grease a large 9×13″ casserole dish.
Heat the olive oil in a skillet over medium heat, and cook the onion until tender. Mix in the zucchini, chicken, and celery.
Season with cumin, salt, and ground cayenne pepper. 
Cook and stir until zucchini is lightly browned and chicken is heated through.
In large bowl, mix the cooked rice, onion, zucchini, chicken, celery, beans, and 1/2 the cheese. Transfer to the prepared casserole dish, and sprinkle with remaining cheese.
Cover casserole loosely with foil, and bake 30 minutes in the preheated oven. Uncover, and continue baking 10 minutes, or until bubbly and lightly browned. 



Teriyaki Chicken

Ingredients
Cut up chicken 
Rice
Broccoli
Teriyaki Sauce

Directions
Cook chicken thoroughly in skillet, pour on teriyaki sauce till taste of your desire and heat thoroughly
Serve over broccoli and rice!



Pita Pocket

Ingredients
4 halves of Ortoweat Pita Pockets. (100 cal)
Cut up grilled chicken
Tomatoes
Lettuce
Shredded cheese
Avocado 
Ranch

Directions
Cook up the grilled chicken
Place in all the ingredients that you want!



Chicken & Potatoes 

Ingredients
4 chickens
4 cut up red potatoes
Green beans
Italian dressing MIX 
Stick of melted butter

Directions
in a 9x13 dish, line up green beans on the outer side, place chickens in the middle and line up the potatoes on the other outer side
Mix the italian mix and stick of melted butter and pour it on top of everything
Bake at 350 for 1 hr



Lemon Chicken & Rice

Ingredients
4 chickens
2 tbsp flour
3/4 chicken broth
1-2 tbsp lemon juice
1 tbsp butter
1 pkg chicken broccoli rice (rice sides)

Directions
Coat chicken with flour and melt butter in 12 inch skillet and cook chicken fully
Add broth, bring to boil, stir in lemon juice
Return to skillet and heat through
Serve over rice side



Bruschetta Chicken

Ingredients1/2 cup flour
2 eggs (beaten)
4 chickens
1/4 cup parmesan cheese
1/4 cup crushed garlic croutons
1 tbsp melted butter
1 can diced tomatoes
3 tbsp basil 
2 garlic cloves minced
1 tbsp olive oil

Directions
Grease 9x13
Place four and egg in seperate bowls
Dip chicken in flour then eggs and place in greased dish
Combine parmesan and croutons and melted butter then pour on chickens
Cover with foil
Bake at 375 for 30-40min (until browned)
Combine tomatoes and last ingredients 
Spoon over chicken then put back in oven for an additional 5-7 minutes



Walking Taco Casserole

Ingredients
Fritos
1 lb ground turkey
1 packet taco seasoning
Shredded cheese
One can corn

Directions
Brown turkey and drain then add taco seasoning.
Layer evenly in a casserole dish: fritos, add meat and corn on top of fritos, top with cheese, repeat twice.
Bake at 350 for 20-25 minutes
Not the healthiest but very easy and yummy!!



Kielbasa 

Ingredients
1 package kielbasa 
1 package frozen brocolli
2 cups cooked white or brown rice
About 1-1.5 cup sweet and sour sauce

Directions
Cut up kielbasa into small rounds (however you prefer)
Cook kielbasa in pan then cover with sweet and sour sauce until desired taste
Cook brocolli and rice seperate
Add all together when done and serve



BBQ Chicken Sandwich

Ingredients
1lb chicken breast
1 cup+ BBQ sauce
Pepper
Whole wheat buns

Directions
Cut chicken breasts bout 2 inch's around
Cook chicken in a skillet for about 15 minutes (flipping occasionally- until no more pink)
Shred chicken with two forks then place back in skillet
Add BBQ sauce to chicken then let marinate on med heat for about 5+ minutes (add a dash of pepper).
Once done, scoop onto warm buns (stuck mine in the oven for about 1.5 minutes)
I served with green beans... pretty healthy and delicious! 



Cheesy Chicken Rice

Ingredients
4 thawed chicken breasts
1 chopped onion
1 box Zatarin's yellow rice (cooked)
1 cup shredded cheese
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 can corn

Directions
Place chicken in bottom of slow cooker in single layer.
Place onions onto chickens.
Spoon on soup and cover the whole chicken
Cover on low: 7-8hours // high: 3-4hours
Before serving: Add rice, corn and cheese. Allow it to melt, mix together, serve!! YUM



BBQ Pie

Ingredients
1lb ground beef
1 bellf pepper chopped
1 onion chopped
1/2 cup bbq sauce
1.5 cup cheese
1 cup original bisquick mix
1 cup milk
2 eggs

Directions
Cook beef, bell pepper and onion
Stir in 1/3 cup bbq sauce then spread in a GREASED 9inch pie pan
Sprinkle cheese over bbq mixture
In separate bowl mix: bisquick, milk, eggs.
Pour bisquick mix over the bbq mixture in the pie pan
Cook at 400 for 20 minutes, add more cheese then cook for 5 more minutes



Tostada's 

Ingredients
8 corn tortillas
1 can re-fried beans
1lb ground beef
Shredded lettuce
Shredded cheese
1 can salsa
1 pkg taco seasoning
1 small chopped onion

Directions
Place corn tortillas on cookie sheet and bake for 5 minutes, flip, cook till even on both sides at 375. 
Cook beef until no pink then add taco seasoning then salsa.
Warm up beans
Putting together:
Take one corn tortilla, cover beans on it then evenly spread some meat over the beans.
Top meet and beans with little bit of onion, cheese, then lettuce.
Repeat for the rest of the corn tortillas
(Also good served with mexican rice)



Taco Melts


Ingredients
1 lb ground beef, cooked, drained (cooked with taco seasoning if desired)
1 1/2 cups salsa, divided
1 can (16.3 oz) refrigerated biscuits (like grands)
1/2 cup shredded Mexican cheese blend

Directions
1. In a 10-inch skillet, mix cooked beef and 1/2 cup of the salsa. Cook over medium-high heat, stirring occasionally, until hot.

2. Press each biscuit into a 6-inch round. Spoon 1/3 cup meat mixture and 1 tablespoon cheese onto center of each round. Fold dough in half over filling; press to seal. Place on greased cookie sheet.

3. Bake at 375 for 14 minutes (or until golden brown and dough is cooked through). Serve with remaining salsa and sour cream.




Homemade Crunchwrap Supreme

Ingredients
6 large flour tortillas
6 small corn tortillas (or tortilla chips)
1 pound ground beef
1 package taco seasoning
Sour cream
Shredded cheese
Shredded lettuce
Salsa
Small onion (chopped)

Directions
Brown ground beef in a skillet, then add taco seasoning. Set aside.
Bake the corn tortillas in the oven at 400 degrees for a couple of minutes, until they are golden and crunchy.
Microwave the flour tortillas, one at a time (this will make wrapping easier).
Lay out the flour tortilla. 
Spoon some of the beef into the center of the tortilla. 
Top with cheese.
Place the crunchy corn tortilla on top of the cheese/beef; spread a dollop of sour cream on top of it, then toss on some salsa and shredded lettuce.
Starting with the bottom of the tortilla, fold the edge up to the center.
Continue doing this in a clockwise or counter-clockwise movement until all of the tortilla is folded over, and the filling is entirely enclosed.
---If your filling isn't entirely enclosed and you have an open spot, cut out a circle from another flour tortilla and place it on the exposed area, then finish wrapping the tortilla.
Spray a frying pan with cooking spray.  
Carefully place the Crunchwrap, seam-side down, in the pan. 
Press with a spatula and cook on medium-low heat, for about 3 minutes, until the bottom is nice and brown. 
Flip it over and cook for another 3 minutes.




Crispy BBQ Chicken

Ingredients
1/2 cup BBQ sauce
1 packet shake n bake
1lb chicken... about 3 chicken tenders

Directions
Cover chicken with BBQ sauce then dip in shake n bake crumbs.
Place on greased cookie sheet
Bake at 400 for 20 minutes
(Served great with potatoes and other vegetables)



Parmesan Ranch Chicken

Ingredients
2 chicken breasts
1 cup panko crumbs
Ranch dressing
1/3 cup parmesan cheese
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper

Directions
Combine panko crumbs, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and parmesan cheese in small bowl and mix well.
Place mixture into shallow pan or onto a flat plate.
Cover chickens with ranch dressing then dip into crumb mixture (will have to press on for some of it).
Place chickens on greased cookie sheet
Bake at 425 for 20-25min
(Served great with cheese & broccoli rice and green beans)




Cowboy Casserole

Ingredients
1lb ground meat (I use ground turkey)
1 chopped onion
3 cloves garlic (chopped)
1 can corn
1 can cream of mushroom (condensed)
2 cups shredded cheese
1/2 cup milk
4 tbsp sour cream
1 bag (30oz) tater tots

Directions
In skillet: heat onion and garlic till brown.
Add meat and cook (till no pink), drain.
In other bowl: add milk, soup, sour cream and whisk well.
Add cooked meat, corn, and cheese together
In 9x13 (greased) pan, layer tots, add mixture over tots, then add another layer of tots.
Sprinkle left over cheese on top.
Bake at 350 for 20-30 minutes



Sausage Fried Rice

Ingredients
Link of sausage (1lb I believe)
About 4-5 eggs
1.5 cup green peas
Soy Sauce
Jasmine Rice
(Can do green onions if desired)

Directions
Start the Jasmine rice in pot.. I usually do about 4 cups/ 4 water for a decent size serving
While rice is cooking... cut up sausage into bite size chunks and cook thoroughly in skillet on med-high heat
Scramble the eggs
Can either microwave or heat over the stove peas
Once rice is done, add the cooked sausage and peas to the pot. 
Pour however much soy sauce you desire into the fried rice and done! (I usually let it sit and mix flavors well for about 10 minutes until I serve)



Porcupine Balls

Ingredients
1.5lb beef (I use ground turkey)
2/3 cup milk
1.5 tsp salt
1/2 cup uncooked rice
1 tbsp chopped onion
1/4 tsp pepper
1 can tomato soup

Directions
Mix together: milk, salt, chopped onion, pepper, and cooked meat.
Put meat mixtures into medium sized balls and place in a pan
(Separate bowl: mix 1 can tomato soup & 1/2 can water)
Pour tomato soup mixture onto balls
Cover pan with tin foil
Bake at 350 for 1 hour
(Good served with green beans or corn and rolls yum!)



Shrimp Salad

Ingredients
Lettuce
Croutons
2 tbsp Cheese (desired)
Diced tomato
Cut red onion
Shredded Carrots
5 -8 small shrimp
Dressing desired (I used a little bit of chipotle)

Directions
Combine all things together and add dressing desired
For the shrimp, I warmed in a skillet and saute with lemon and asian spice

Coconut Chicken Tenders

Ingredients
1 lb tenders (1" strips)
1/2 c flour
2 eggs
3/4 panko crumbs
3/4 c shredded coconut
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp pepper
2 tbsp canola oil

Directions
Place in separate bowls: flour, egg, panko crumbs w/ coconut, salt & pepper
Put individual chicken strips into flour, eggs, then crumb mix and cover
Heat 1 tbsp oil in skillet, add half of chickens and cook 3minutes, flip, another 3minutes
Put them in covered pan with foil on bottom & greased
Put in oven at 400 for 10-20min



Pita Bread Pizza

Ingredients
2 Pita Bread pockets (or regular)-I use "orowheat"
1 can organic pizza sauce or tomato sauce
1+cup mozarella cheese
4 cooked turkey bacon slices (or turkey pepperonis)

Directions
Preheat oven to 350
Spread tomato sauce onto top of pita bread
Sprinkle on desired amount of cheese
Place turkey bacon slices wherever desired
Put in oven for about 10+minutes & enjoy!
(can also make types of pizza pocket/calzone by putting ingred into pocket



Avocado & Black Bean Quesadillas

Ingredients
(5 Servings) 
10 whole wheat tortillas
1-2 sliced avocado
1 can black bean
1 can corn
2 tbsp butter
1/4 c shredded cheese
1/2 c salsa if desired

Directions
Butter 1 side of each quesadilla
Place one tortilla (butter side down) on electric skillet or heated pan
Smear on beans, corn, cheese, and avocado (salsa if desired)
Place another tortilla on top (butter side up)
Once heated well, flip and let heat & tortillas golden
Repeat with each quesadilla
Cut & serve



General Tso's Chicken (Crockpot)

Ingredients
1 lb boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into 1 inch cubes
4 tsp minced garlic
3 Tbsp brown sugar
1 tsp ground ginger
2 Tbsp soy sauce
1/2 tsp crushed red pepper flakes (or more if you like hot)
1 16-oz package stir fry veggies

Freezer meal directions
Place chicken in resealable bag.  Combine remaining ingredients (except veggies), mix well and pour over chicken.  Freeze.  I put quart bag of chicken, with the bag of veggies, into a gallon ziploc so they were both together and handy.
Directions for bag
Thaw.  Place in crock pot.  Cook on low 5-6 hrs.  Then add frozen veggies.  Recover and cook on high for 1 hr or until veggies are hot and chicken has reached desired tenderness.  Serve over rice. 

Directions (w/o) freezing
Place chicken in crock pot. Combine remaining ingredients (except veggies), mix well and pour over chicken.  Cook on low 5-6 hrs.  Then add frozen veggies.  Recover and cook on high for 1 hr or until veggies are hot and chicken has reached desired tenderness.  Serve over rice.



Weight Watchers "Sloppy Joe's"

Ingredients
1 lb ground turkey
1 cup or more of BBQ sauce
Diced green pepper
Diced onion
Wheat Buns
Provolone Cheese

Directions
Brown turkey
Saute pepper and onion then add turkey
Once warm through, add BBQ sauce and warm through
Serve on in wheat buns with cheese



Lettuce Wraps

Ingredients
1lb ground chicken (cooked)
1 cup green onion sliced
1 (8oz) can sliced water chestnuts, chopped/drained
Large lettuce leaves
1/2 tsp honey
4 tbsp soy sauce
Red pepper flakes

Directions
Over med-heat, saute ground chicken, onion, water chestnuts and red pepper flakes
In other bowl mix together honey and soy sauce
Once chicken mixture is done, pour in the soy sauce mixture.
Place about 3 tbsp per lettuce then wrap and eat!



Forgotten Chicken

Ingredients
Chicken breasts
2 cups minute rice
1 package onion soup mix
Cream of chicken soup
Cream of celery soup
Water

Directions
Mix together cream of chicken and celery soup with one can of water and the 2 cups of rice.
Pour into buttered casserole dish.
Place chickens onto mixture.
Put onion soup mix on top of chickens
Cook at 350 for 1-1.5 hours



Cowboy Dinner

Ingredients
1lb meat (I use ground turkey)
1 can corn
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp pepper
1 can pinto beans
1 cup cheese
1.5 cups salsa

Directions
Cook meat
Add corn, salt, pepper, beans, and salsa to cooked meat till warm.
Pour mixture into 9x13 greased pan.
Sprinkle cheese on top.
Add cornmeal mixture over cooked meat mixture. (I use back of Aunt Jemmima's cornmeal mix)
Bake at 375 for 40-45 minutes



Taco Soup

Ingredients
4 can bush chili beans (mild preferably)
1 can corn
1 can rotel (mild)
1 packet taco seasoning
1 packet ranch seasoning
1 lb meat (I use ground turkey)

Directions
Cook meat until no pink then drain
In a large pot combine, beans, corn, rotel, and both seasonings.
Add meat to pot when it's cooked.
Let sit for about 15 minutes
(Serve with chips, cheese, onion, and sour cream) DELICIOUS!!!

French Bread Pizza

Ingredients
One loaf of french bread
Pizza Sauce
Mozzarella cheese (about 2 cups-depends on preference)
Pepperoni (any toppings you prefer)

Directions
Cut bread in half
Spread on pizza sauce
Sprinkle on cheese
Add toppings
Bake at 350 for 10-20 minutes



Breakfast Burrito's

Ingredients
About 4 eggs
1lb ground sausage
6-8 whole wheat tortillas
Depending on your wants I usually do either turkey bacon or hash browns
Salsa

Directions
Cook the sausage until no pink in skillet on med-high heat then drain
Scramble the eggs
Depending on your taste, either sizzle the bacon or cook the hash browns depending on the directions on bag
Warm up the tortillas
Once everything is done, make your burritos! Pretty simple.



Chicken Quesadilla's

Ingredients
(To make 5)
10 flour tortillas
2-3 cups cooked and chopped grilled chicken
2-3 cups shredded cheese
Butter
Electric skillet

Directions
Lay out one tortilla and top with chicken, cheese and any other fillings you prefer
Spread butter on the outside of another tortilla and lay (butter free side) down on top of filling
Lay quesadilla down on electric skillet and spread butter on other outside un-buttered tortilla
Let sit for about 1 minute then flip (until golden brown on both sides)
(Will need to have skillet around 350 temperature)



APPETIZERS & SIDES


Pigs in a Blanket

Ingredients
Little smokies
Crescent rolls
Parmesan cheese
Garlic Salt

Directions
unravel crescent rolls along cookie sheet.
Pinch all the seams together.
Cut lengthwise into 5 strips then cross wise into 10 strips.
Roll each strip around 1 sausage and place on greased pan.
Sprinkle with parmesan and salt
Bake in directions of the crescent rolls.



Spinach Dip (Copy cat from Cheddar's)

Ingredients
1/4 cup butter (half stick)
1 (16oz) pkg frozen spinach, drained and chopped
1 (8oz) cream cheese (softened)
1(8oz) sour cream
1/2 c parmesan cheese
Garlic salt (to taste)

Directions
Melt butter on med/heat then stir in spinach
Cook until tender (5min) then mix in cream cheese and sour cream
When that is blended, mix in parmesan cheese and salt
Cook and stir until thick (about 10min)
--Good idea to put in slow cooker on low after finished



Mozarella Sticks

Ingredients
Bunch of string cheese
Flour
Egg white
Panko crumbs
Salt/Pepper
Basil and/or Parsley
Veg oil

Directions
Cut string cheese in half (hamburger length)
Dip in flour, then egg, then in panko crumbs mixed with salt/pepper and basil/parsley
Heat some veg oil over medium heat
Place fixed mozzarella sticks into oil and allow to turn golden brown
Dip in marinara sauce
YUM



Bake Asparagus Fries

Ingredients
Bunch of fresh organic asparagus
1 egg or egg white
1/4 cup flour
1/2 cup plain bread crumbs
1/4 cup Panko bread crumbs
1/4 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
Salt and pepper

Directions
Preheat oven to 375
Wash & dry asparagus (chop off hard ends)
Roll Asparagus in flour to coat
Mix bread crumbs, cheese, salt, pepper on plate
Dip asparagus into egg then into crumb mix
Put on lightly greased baking sheet
Bake



Parmesan Red Potatoes

Ingredients
•2 pounds red potatoes, quartered (I use half red and half yukon gold potatoes)
•1/4 cup butter, melted
•2 teaspoons minced garlic
•1 teaspoon salt
•1 lemon, juiced
•1 tablespoon grated Parmesan cheese

Directions
1.Preheat oven to 425 degrees F.
2.Place potatoes in an 9 x 13 inch baking dish, lined with tin foil to make an easy cleanup.
3.In a large bowl, combine melted butter, garlic, salt and lemon juice; add
4.the potatoes and stir to coat.
5.Pour potatoes into the baking dish and sprinkle Parmesan cheese over potatoes.
Bake in preheated oven for 25-35 minutes

Ice-cream Candy Cake

Ingredients
19-21 Vanilla ice cream sandwiches (I did great value-2 boxes.. I'd recommend sugar free kind)
1 8oz sugar free cool whip 
Choice of candy (I did 6-8 crushed peanut butter cups & 6-8 small twix bars cut up)
Chocolate Syrup (I used LITE/half calories & fat)
(Could also use caramel syrup)
--Tried to enjoy it knowing its lots of calories but doing whatever I could to cut some calories out

Directions
Layer 9.5 ice cream sandwiches on bottom of 9x13 pan
Cover sandwiches with half of cool whip
Sprinkle on candy of choice then cover desired amount of chocolate and/or caramel syrup
Repeat one more time
Freeze 1+hrs 
ENJOY! -My favorite dessert we've made yet!!


Butter Crumble Apple Pie

Ingredients
1 9inch pie crust
Filling:
5 granny smith apples (peeled/cored/sliced)
1/4 cup flour
1/2 cup sugar
1 tsp cinnamon
Topping:
1/3 cup sugar
1 cup flour
1 stick butter (softened/room temp)

Directions
Peel apples, cut into four sides then thinly slice
Put slices in a bowl & toss in flour, sugar, and cinnamon (cover the best you can)
Lay apples in the crust
In another bowl add toppings together and mix until crumbly then put on top of apples/pie
Bake at 400 for 45 minutes.. (might need to lightly put foil on top of pie about 30 minutes into it)
Literally is AMAZING... no lies.



White Christmas

Ingredients
24oz vanilla flavored candy (almond bark)
6 cup kellogs crispix cereal
3 cups pretzels (smaller ones)
16 oz m&ms.. peanut butter, plain, or peanut

Directions
Melt almond bark (in microwave)
Combine: cereal, pretzels, and m&ms. Pour melted almond bark on mix and coat.
Pour on wax paper and let cool. 
Break up into pieces 



Oreo Balls


Ingredients
1pkg (8oz) fat free cream cheese (softened)
1 pkg oreos
2 pkg melted (bakers semi sweet chocolate)
Wax paper

Directions
Set aside 5 oreos
Put rest of oreos (crumbled) then mix with cream cheese
Put into balls on wax paper (put in fridge for 15min)
Coat balls with melted chocolate & add the 5 other oreos crumbled on top
Refridgerate for 1 hr



Lazy Cake Cookies

Ingredients
1 box yellow cake mix
2 eggs beaten
5 tbsp melted butter
2 cups m&ms or chocolate chips

Directions
Mix all ingredients together and pour mixture into 9x13 greased pan.
Bake at 350 for 15 minutes




Safe to Eat Cookie Dough

Ingredients
1 cup flour
1/2 cup butter (margarine is the best for it)
3/4 cup LIGHT brown sugar
1/2 cup chocolate chips
1/2 tbsp vanilla extract
3 tbsp water

Directions
Add together all ingredients, mix well, refrigerate for 30 minutes and YUUMMM TIME!
(WARNING: ABOUT 2,000 CALORIES! -PORTION CONTROL/OCCASIONAL DESSERT)


Ultimate Dessert

Ingredients
Cookie dough mix
Favorite brownie mix
24 oreos
24 reeses cups

Directions
Use 2 9inch GREASED cake pans
Layer in bottom of both pans, cookie dough mix
Next layer on 3 across and 3 down, reeses cups (in both pans)
Layer an oreo on top of each reeses cups (in both pans)
Last, layer on brownie mix on top of the cookies (try to make it even and fill all holes, in both pans)
Bake both desserts at 340 for 40-50minutes
(Check to see if done with knife/toothpick)



Birthday Cake Batter Milkshake

Ingredients
1 pint vanilla ice cream
2 tsp vanilla extract
2 cups milk
3/4 cups vanilla cake batter mix

Directions
Add all ingredients together in blender.
Blend until smooth
(Can serve with whip cream and sprinkles on top---soooo amazingly good)

Found this coffee and it is VERY VERY good. 100% Arabica beans. Should definitely try it if you're a coffee lover who wants coffee for a good price and tired of the crappy stuff.
(Only about $4.50 for 12oz bag at Walmart).
---Dunkin Donuts is awesome good quality, expensive coffee and is 100% Arabica beans as well...




Tired of Swiss Miss hot chocolate? Found this Cold Stone kind at Walmart. Very good with 6oz of warm milk. Mmm!!
